The Scarlet Pimpernel by Theatre Ink at the Ridgeway School, Thursday 1st – Friday 2nd November, 7:30pm. 

Annual Methodist Fayre, Saturday 3rd November at the Ellendune Community Centre, 9:30am to 11:30am. Entry FREE. Stalls, refreshments & car wash!

Wednesday 7th Nov Public Meeting to update residents on Middle Wichel District Centre, at Ridgeway School, 6pm.

Concert of Remembrance Friday 9th November 7:30pm at The Ridgeway School. Featuring Wroughton Silver Band and school choirs. Tickets £5.

Parish Church Tidy Up Saturday 10th Nov 9am til Noon. Bring own gardening implements to the churchyard.

Christmas Bazaar Saturday 10th November at the Bowls Club 10am til 12 noon. Stall, prizes, raffles – All welcome.

Craft Fayre & Local Produce Sunday 11th November 9:30am til 1:30pm at The Ellendune Hall. Entry 50p, children FREE.

Remembrance Sunday 11th Nov. The Act of Remembrance starts promptly at 10:54am at the Wroughton War Memorial, just off Wharf Road. Two minutes silence will be observed  with the whole nation at exactly 11:00am. The Wroughton Silver Band, Royal British Legion, Scouts and Guides will parade down the hill from the Parish Church after the earlier Remembrance Sunday Service which starts at 10am. (The church is currently collecting donations of toys & books suitable for children aged 5 & under for The Children's Society project in Swindon).

Tuesday 13th November Christmas Practical with Ann Bartlett Wroughton Floral Art Society 

Operation Christmas Child Shoe Boxes – to be in by 13th Nov if possible. Collection points at Methodist Church, Library (and Infant & Junior Schools for pupils).

Wednesday 14th Nov, Wroughton Carnival Committee Meeting 8pm at the White Hart Skittle Alley. Reforming new committee for 2013 Carnival.

Thursday 15th Nov Police & Crime Commissioner Polling Day

Friday 16th November Children In Need – fundraising activities held at schools, shops, businesses, and on television.
